I have been in the Mortgage Banking, for fifteen years and now 2 years in ReaL Estate. If you don't own Real Estate now is the Absolutely Best Time to Buy. Prices have never been lower and mortage rates are @ 3.75% fixed for 30 years. In my Lifetime I have never seen interest rates this low. They won't stay that way for to long.
