According to startling (or not so startling if you've seen this happen right before your eyes) new research from scientists at Oxford University, an average person eating a big meal can add the equivalent of 2-3 teaspoons of fat to their bodies in a lot less time than was previously thought. New research published in the May 2012 Issue of the Mayo Clinic Proceedings has reported a decrease in the likelihood of memory loss in older adults who regularly exercise and use the computer. It's suggested you do both at the same time? We suppose classes on 'typing while you walk' will now start to spring up.
