This is a special Babe Of The Week honor for Sally Ride, the first American woman to take the ride of a lifetime into space, who passed this week at the way too young age of 61. She sadly succumbed to pancreatic cancer after a 17th month battle with the disease.

Talk about a babe with Attitude! Wow. She was incredible!
