MULTI-TASKING ON A TREADMILL = POTENTIAL PROBLEM
Multitasking On A Treadmill Is Only Dangerous If You Get Hurt. I was reading the NY Post on my treadmill at 3.8mph at a 4% grade. Some people could NEVER read and walk, for me it's the only way I can take it. It was my first gym attempt to get back to walking since my mother passed 3 weeks ago so suffice to say I was not quite all there mentally.

MY MOTHER EILEEN - ANOTHER GREAT BABE IN HEAVEN
Wow, is all I can say. My Mother died on August 6th, and I am still in shock. The heartache is incredibly loud. I have not been able to write until now.
