IT'S A RARE BABE WHO DOESN'T CRACK FOR A SNACK SOMEWHERE THROUGHOUT HER DAY. SOMETIMES IT'S JUST A SMALL CRACK IN JUDGEMENT BUT OFTEN IT'S A TOTAL SNACK CRACKUP THAT CAN LEAVE A BABE FEELING BAD ABOUT HERSELF. DON'T YA HATE WHEN THAT HAPPENS?
We all agree we babes need to be kinder to ourselves, so it's amusing that the snack I discovered that not only tastes awesome but will also make you happy and thin is called a KIND bar.
How can anything called KIND be BAD?
I've been on a KIND bar kick ever since I happened upon their website and watched the video of Nutrition Expert, Heidi Skolnik on the Dr. Oz show talking about how women over 40 can maintain their waistline by eating KIND bars. Got my attention!
Heidi suggested you always carry a KIND bar with you because it is real food that fills you up and keeps you from overeating. OK Heidi we'll try that.
Seems a Yale Griffin study also showed that eating 2 KIND bars a day helps prevent weight gain.
See, this is the kind of news that sticks in a babes brain even if nothing else does.
To prove that point, while I was paying for gas the other day inside one of those gas mart joints I starting scanning the rack of snacks preparing for an imminent snack crack up involving Cheetos, when I spotted a KIND bar and I grabbed it instead. Having just read all about them I felt I had made an Impressive choice. (Sadly no one applauded in the gas mart.)
I ravenously ripped open my KIND fruit and nut bar as soon as I got back in my car.
The flavor was Mango Macadamia + Calcium. OMG. So Good! I even said out loud to myself -wow this is so good! and I didn't think about food again until my next meal.
There are many more seriously delicious flavors including one I just tried called Peanut Butter & Strawberry.
Anyway...if women over 40 can stay fabulous by eating KIND bars - I say let's try every kind they have.
