Point Being: The More You Sleep The More Attractive You Are.
Swedish Researchers at The Karolinkska Institute, who apparently had a Swedish Sleepover of the highest order, now know for a fact, that peoples faces look more attractive after eight hours of sleep as opposed to five.
They photographed the faces of 23 men and women after they'd had eight hours of sleep. Then they photographed the same 23 people after letting them sleep for five hours and making them stay awake for 31 hours.Then they had 65 regular people rate the photos for attractiveness.
Conclusion - people look more attractive when they get more sleep. (No Kidding.) The 'regular people' rated the photos and found the participants 4% less atractive, 6% less healthy and 19% more tired when they were sleep deprived.
Sleep is the body's natural beauty treatment and more effective than any other treatment you could buy, said the study's lead researcher John Axelsson to ABCNews.go.com
Which brings me to a vision of Sleeping Beauty... and how great she looked just lying there and how much fun she must have been missing out on some dance floor somewhere.
Given the option (if I could just stay awake) I'd rather be out carousing till all hours of the night, than home worrying about looking 4% less attractive. Besides just being in the dark makes you appear 4% more attractive so it evens out.

There will be plenty of time for beauty sleep then.
