STILL A BABE

Here's a quick and easy company dish that can be plopped down on a platter in no time! Using a large baking sheet (jelly roll pan), place chicken thighs, sliced onion, sliced yellow bell peppers, sliced cherry tomatoes and some marinated artichoke hearts. Drizzle with a little olive oil and coat vegetables. Sprinkle a little seasoned breadcrumb on top of your thighs followed by a dusting of Romano cheese. Dot the top with some sliced Sicilian olives. Bake in a preheated oven of 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. ( Half way through baking, remove pan and drain fat) This allows the vegetable to brown and cuts down the dimple action on your own thighs!)

Serve with some nice fresh chopped Italian parsley on top.

Over rice, orzo, a nice chunk of crusty Italian bread or simply jammed into your mouth. Follow with a nice gulp of hearty red...ABC ya later!

I'm making this for football sunday! Remove skin and de bone chicken. Slice the chicken and mix in ingredients.

Slice open a nice Italian semolina roll..place ingredients in roll with shredded Asiago cheese. Melt briefly under broiler. GO JETS!
