How wonderful to start the process of just 'Being" if you haven't already.

I'm aware it's hard to erase a lifetime of impressions of what a fabulous woman of a certain age should look like, or dress like, or weigh, or whatever, but we are learning to take the pressure off of ourselves and we are learning to let some of those ridiculous perceptions go, and to heck with anyone who doesn't like it
or get it.

We're a feisty new breed of great broads . We are smashing that middle age stereotype. It feels good. It feels a little irreverent. It feels like we better hurry up cause we're gonna be dead soon that's what it feels like. LOL

We still care, but we don't care as much as we used to about what we think we should be doing for everybody else's sake.

We are trying harder to please ourselves. That in itself, or most women is absolutely new territory. It feels good though doesn't it?

We're at a critical place in time where we need to free up our minds and our closets from useless clutter and create new space for new experiences. Come on, throw something useless out today!

No doubt things are a changin' with us physically, mentally, financially etc. etc. etc., and some of the changes are very frustrating, but life is short and we need to maximize pleasure for ourselves now
and we're all just going to do the best we can and let the rest go!

Together we will find the humor in falling apart!
