By the looks of this Pizza here I think the Detroit Style Pizza Co. Might Have Hit On A 'Flavorful' Gluten-Free Pizza.
Exciting News if you're a babe with celiac disease, or a 'babe with a gluten sensitivity" (you know who you are because your stomach is on your steering wheel after a bagel.)
Detroit Style Pizza Co. created this gorgeous pizza with love so those with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity can finally enjoy real pizza flavor and texture.
World Champion Pizza Maker Shawn Randazzo was inspired to craft the recipe after his wife, Keri, was diagnosed with celiac disease in January 2012.
“Most of the gluten-free pizzas we tried were made with the frozen pizza crust shells sold in bulk by vendors. They have super-thin crusts that are dry and bland, like eating crackers. They make your teeth squeak. Worst of all, they're practically flavorless,” said Randazzo. “I wanted to create a gluten-free pizza recipe that we loved and would be proud to share with others.”
OK Shawn Good Job On Behalf of Your Wife! We're sharing the news with the babes here.
Shawn Randazzo and his mother, Linda Michaels own and operate Detroit Style Pizza Co. They have two locations at St. Clair Shores and Clinton Township in Detroit, Michigan.... but the big news is that they will deliver Detroit style pizzas coast-to-coast!
Getting your hands on REALLY GOOD gluten free pie is now a pizza cake!
