SAGGY BOOBS GIVE BABES THE BOO HOOS - 70% UNHAPPY WITH BREASTS

Surveys show that about 70% of women are unhappy with their breasts! And with age, it's the increased sagging that makes babes unhappy. Gravity is in fact to blame!

Gravity stretches out breast tissue over time and by the time you catch on they're somewhere down around your ankles. On any given day some babe is behind closed doors staring in a mirror holding her bare boobs up where they use to be. Heavy Sigh.

BTW Sagging Is Speeded Up By:

- Pregnancy
- Larger breasts
- Breast composition (breast with more fat tissue sag more quickly than breasts with fibrous tissue)
- Poor skin quality
- Changes to breast tissue with age
- Smoking

Contrary to popular perception  breast feeding does not contribute to breast sagging.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT SAGGY BOO HOO BOOBS??

According to Los Angeles plastic surgeon Dr. Eugene Kim, sagging which does not require treatment for health reasons, may require treatment if it causes you significant insecurity or impacts your self-esteem on a daily basis. Dr. Kim says, if you feel uncomfortable undressing in front of a partner or at the gym, if you are unable to find clothes that make you feel attractive or even "normal," or if you are constantly worried people will notice your breasts, then you may want to consider taking steps to address your breast sagging.

Dr. Kim's Treatment Steps for Breast Sagging

Many women think immediately of a breast lift to correct breast sagging, but there are many steps to take before deciding on breast surgery.

First, get a professional bra fitting. According to professionals, about four-fifths of women are wearing an incorrectly-sized bra. If you get a professional fitting, it can help you get a bra that will make your breasts look their best, helping you to look good and feel confident in clothes.

Talk to your partner. The same surveys that indicate 70% of women are unhappy with their breasts also indicate that most men are happy with the breasts of their wife or girlfriend, so the chances are you will be reassured.

Try different styles. If in the past you have always dressed to call attention to your breasts, perhaps you should try wearing outfits that emphasize other aspects of your appearance. You may be delighted to discover how attractive your legs, arms, face, and eyes can make you feel.

If these steps don't work, then it may be time to consider a breast lift. Remember to take into account:

- Scarring
- Risk of complications, including a poor cosmetic result
- Positive results may not last
- Cost

If you still think a breast lift is right for you, then you should talk to several plastic surgeons to ensure you have found the right one for you before committing to the procedure.

My friend just today was having a "WHO IS THAT STARING BACK AT ME FROM MY MIRROR"  kind of day.  I shared with her my philosophy..  I choose to believe my two daughters vision of me (they tell me everyday I'm beautiful) with the help of a push-bra and if I squint whilst looking in the mirror, I believe them.
