The New Exercise Guidelines For "Babes Our Age"according to the latest news flash from Harvard Researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital, report we now need 60 Minutes of exercise A DAY
....just to MAINTAIN our weight.
If we want to LOSE weight, we need the daily 60, PLUS we need to tape our mouths shut.
It's no wonder those gals in the Rubenesque Paintings gave up.
Not for anything, but the Federal Government guidelines that we've been living by, must have been filed by some researcher who lost a page in their notebook. That report said, we only needed 30 minutes of exercise day, 5 days a week . Sure that's been working to lower our risk of developing chronic diseases but has done nothing to help us zipper our jeans.
We're not not happy. We knew something was up. We go to spin classes and take some some weight classes, and walk and walk and basically try and eat well at least before 6pm, but getting dressed is still a daily face off with the closet.
