I could use being Babe of the Week....thanks for recognizing the greatness within me that is within all of us! We just have to look beyond the wrinkle that's just history for all to see! Life is great no matter what appears to be to a 'challenge'.
Thanks thanks thanks.
Debbie you sond like my husband! He says the same thing all time. Funny story when I had to start wearing those glasses I noticed and saw things about him that I had never had seen or noticed before(LoL) Let's just say that in some ways I was amazed in other ways with or without the glasses some things still looked the same. *wink*. However after 30 years of marriage I think he's still the one.
Thanks for welcoming me! I had heard about "Still a Babe" from my good friend, Amy Casale. Amy's late mom, Annie, was a dear friend of mine. We were both diagnosed with ovarian cancer at the same time. Talk about a "Babe!" Annie was that and so much more.
Congratulations to you and much success!
I also get it now.!
Appears I was not wearing my glasses and hit the wrong button while doing the privacy settings. ! I'm now out of the closet and am public.... Rock on spandex sista. Chat soon.
Thanks for the birthday wishes! This is my 65th so a BIG one. I have a party tonight with my children, take my 92 year old mother to church and out to eat on Sunday for Mother's Day and fly to Flagstaff, Az for a week on Monday. I celebrate birthdays by traveling!
Hi Debbie, thank you for welcome. I am new to all of this and Cathy Meyer is my best friend in the world. I know if anyone understands me it is her. I just got the chance today to check this out a little today and love it! I am looking forward to being a part of a ladies group that has something going on.....looking forward to being a part of this
Hi Debie, I have written something I'd like to post on Still A Babe but wanted to run it by you first. I know you're going for the positive slant here and this piece, while very funny, is a bit irrevernet. However, I think most women would get a kick out of it and could certainly relate. It has to do with sex and gravity...would you like me to send it to you first via email (I need an address for you) or just go ahead and post it? I have an idea for a weekly "blog" like I write for FWW and would like to run that by you as well. Thanks, Rachel
